Cut & Stack

ILAMCO’s Cut & Stack technology supports offers best in class solutions for thin papers and labels cut and stack.

LABEL CS is ILAMCO’s high-performance solution for small-format labels, compatible with paper, plastic films, aluminium foil, and laminates. With ±0.15 mm cut-to-register precision, it’s ideal for wet-glue labels, in-mould labels, and digital print finishing—whether inline or from pre-printed reels.

For wrap and thin paper, ILAMCO offers specialized sheeters designed for high-precision cut-to-register performance — whether cutting inline on a printer or converting pre-printed reels. The main application for this technology is the sandwich wrap and food service industry, with different possibilities in terms of product sizes and product specifications.

Embossing

ILAMCO’s Embossing Lines are designed to work as a stand-alone machine or as a modular unit integrated into a Converting Line (coating, printing, web slitting, or cutting to formats) with a wide range of applications. Suitable for processing papers, special papers, labels, cardboard, compact cartons, plastic films, aluminum foils, nonwovens and other special fabrics, tissues, or laminates, with different embossing systems such as steel/steel, steel/paper or steel/rubber depending on the needs of the final product.

Reel to rolls – Slitter rewinders

ILAMCO’s slitter rewinder is designed to slit and rewind finished rolls for various applications, producing final rolls or slitted reels for downstream processes, with the flexibility and versatility to adapt to a wide range of materials and formats. ILAMCO’s rewinders can be equipped with inline modules, such as printing or embossing units, providing added value customized to the client’s business needs. Different slitting technologies are available depending on material types and rewind reels formats and sizes.

End of Line Automation for paper bags

The End of Line Automation solution for paper bags is conceived for the inspection, handling, stacking, boxing or/and palletizing, to process different kinds of paper bags either with or without handle, ensuring zero non-conformities in the final packs. The system can be coupled with any brand of paper bag manufacturing machines and integrates from single back inspection to palletizing systems including, pre-stacking and re-stacking modules, boxing, wrapping… to adapt to client shipping formats.
